  12. This is a very small program for rapid rot13 encoding/decoding of text. Just
  13. drop the textfile onto the Rotter icon and it will be instantly processed. If
  14. the file was rot13'd it will now be readable, if it was text, it will be
  15. rot13'd. Simple as that.
